Brand awareness is the extent to which customers are familiar with the name, qualities, products or identity of a particular business or part of that business.
Some brand names are instantly recognisable along with their logos, text styles and colour scheme. They spark the memory of all the positive and negative things about that brand. Hopefully, these are the qualities the company wanted to convey for their company or for the range of products or services that they have given that brand name to.
